About us

We are a small firm so we have a small company culture. This means teamwork is a must as we all play our part in ensuring the smooth running of the office. This can include jobs as diverse as making drinks or changing light bulbs.

We may need you to work from home for a duration of the time due to the impacts of COVID, therefore you will also need to be able to work independently once trained.

Why would you want to work for us?

We excel at what we do so we have delightful and appreciative clients for life. We have efficient and dedicated paraplanners who love their job. We have a great business model with a small number of high value clients paying annual fees in return for a very high level of service. We only work clients we like! We continually push back the boundaries of good financial planning by incorporating both Life Planning and Coaching into our business proposition. We are a financially stable and secure company as we practise what we preach to clients.

  • We are a small enough firm to notice when you work hard and reward when you go the extra mile.
  • We will be supportive when you have difficulties, understanding of your family commitments and flexible when necessary. In return, we expect loyalty, honesty and respect.
  • When the firm does well, all will participate in that success through:
    • Bonuses
    • Praise and recognition
    • Career progression, where appropriate
  • We expect full commitment during your working hours but we also expect you to leave work on time so that you can have a life.
  • We will support you in developing your career, providing financial assistance with your exams.
  • We offer 24 days annual leave (increasing with service) plus bank holidays, death-in-service benefits, income protection insurance, medical expenses insurance and a pension plan.
  • We have a great reputation as a firm of excellence, integrity and technical excellence built up over 80 years.

If this sounds appealing, please send us your CV with a covering letter explaining why you think you would fit into our team.
